Great news! Now you can check your calendar to see if you are free, then go to the contact detail, property page or anywhere else in the system, and when you get back to the calendar, you will be on the same date as where you left it so you can book your appointment with ease!
This improved feature to the calendar means that whenever you are on the calendar and you need to leave that particular page, Lifesycle remembers where you were and what date you were on, even if you log out.
So the next time you open your calendar, it opens on the exact same date you left it on, again, even if you log out!

Exciting news! We've introduced a new feature that lets you revert the status of a property after you've marked it as completed.
If you mistakenly complete a property, you now have a 24-hour window to revert the status to its previous state. Please note, if you've already filled out the completion tool, the information entered will be removed when you revert the status.

After many requests, we've made an update to the contact timeline. When scrolling through the notes, you will now see the year displayed along with the full date. Once you scroll past the current year, each note will show the complete date, including the year.

Removal of 'Related User' when sending Bulk Emails.
We’ve made a crucial enhancement to ensure your emails land straight in the inbox where they belong. Through extensive testing and monitoring, we discovered that bulk emails sent from related users were consistently going to spam, junk folders or not being delivered at all.
Despite our best efforts with email providers to change this, the issue persisted. So, we took action and removed the option to send bulk emails from related users. This update is designed to significantly boost your email delivery rates, making sure your messages always hit the mark.

'Default' Price qualifier on Market Appraisal presentation has been changed to 'None'.
We've made an upgrade to enhance your Market Appraisal presentations. Previously, the default price qualifier was set to 'Default', which didn't actually alter the price qualifier.
But that's now a thing of the past. We've revamped this feature, and the default setting for the price qualifier is now 'None'. You are now able to list without a price qualifier should you choose.

Book a viewing from the Property Website Page - Your customers can select a date and time they would like a viewing when they see the property on your Lifesycle search page, and this time and date pulls through to your leads where you can then book them in for a viewing straight away!

We now have the ability to customise the logo and the colour of our forms in Lifesycle.
Whether you change your logo for each branch, or change your logo for a particular form to match your message, you can now easily make the adjustments.
You can also make edits to the Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary colours of your form to make your colour scheme match your logo.
Please be sure to double check ALL form names in Lifesycle as they will all be soon be made client facing.
Please note the immediate previewing of a form once created is temporarily unavailable.

Introducing the Subscription Timeline. A way for you to easily track all the times a contact has subscribed and unsubscribed from particular categories of content. Easily see the time and date a contact unsubscribed. You can also see whether it was a Lifesycle user that unsubscribed the contact, or if it was the contact who unsubscribed themselves.

Our research has indicated that, when users associated with a specific email address leave a company, it can lead to confusion and mistrust among recipients. In an effort to enhance communication consistency and foster trust, we strongly believe that sending bulk emails from the company name and email address is the optimal approach. Therefore, we will remove the option to select 'related user' when sending a bulk email.
